Lottie’s passion lies in delivering excellent service to her clients. Working as their coach, facilitator, trainer or consultant – her clients find her energy, warmth and empathy enables their performance to excel.
Lottie has been an independent consultant since 2001. She also draws on almost 20 years’ experience with large multi national organisations, where she held director roles responsible for quality and standards, business development, sales and operations.
Lottie is Swedish and is fluent in English and German. Based in the UK, she has worked in multicultural environments throughout Europe. She is a Master Practitioner in NLP and is a Certified Master Coach as well as being a qualified Lego Serious Play facilitator and Hogan certified.
Lottie’s warmth and energy are her trademark when she is facilitating senior team development as well as delivering training to help organisations develop customer focus and increase their emotional intelligence across multiple markets.
Lottie is a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation) and a Companion Member of the ICS (Institute of Customer Service).
